What a wonderful gift from Susan M. Boyer!!! All wrapped up with a reindeer? Who knew murder and mayhem could end so joyously:) It was great. Definitely one of my favorites of Susan’s.
I love all of the crazy characters in this Lowcountry Series. One of the best things about the series is that we always get to visit with old friends and are introduced to new characters which keeps things interesting. Susan captures the essence of the lowcountry and the intricate relationships between family and friends that always leads to someone ending up dead in an unique way. The first novel opens with Liz and Nate chasing a big rabbit (think Harvey) and the last opens with a dead Santa Claus. Somebody made the naughty list! Want to find out who? Then I highly recommend Lowcountry Boughs of Holly for a very fun read!
