I love a great book that takes me back to a setting I love and sprinkles in those old friends I’ve met in previous novels but introduces new characters that come to life. Milly moves to a new town, takes a new job, and buys a new home all on a whim because a relationship ended. She doesn’t realize that she will also find a new love on a whim too. Dean uproots his life in California to move back home and take over his dad’s business and is known as the cold-shoulder Mr. Winter. But a certain new lady seems to thaw that frozen exterior of the man in the long black coat. Such a sweet finding yourself and the love of your life story from a master storyteller.
