MIL v. DIL

In Alabama today is a BIG day! The Iron Bowl takes place!!! Alabama Crimson Tide versus Auburn Tigers. So today mother-in-law and daughter-in-law are at odds. We agree on great books but not our favorite football team. (Honestly it is about the only thing I can find wrong with Kayla. We keep trying to convert her but so far it is still a no go:) 😊

If you are a sports fan or want good books on leadership, books for inspiration and motivation I’ve included some good choices below. If you notice they are all about Alabama. Kayla may add some books about Auburn (if she can find any 😂)

I could not let this post go by without sharing another history making moment for women! Sarah Fuller’s Vanderbilt Soccer team just won the SEC Championship and today she becomes the first female to play in a power five college football game. Another milestone in history. I know it’s not Alabama or Auburn but it is still SEC (Southeastern Conference).
