First Lines Friday…Sort Of

Okay, so this is the first line of my novel, so it’s not really a #firstlinefriday post.

However, I’m still posting this here because I’m excited. I’m excited because I just used my first like as a book hook to query the first two agents on my list. I know I have a long way to go still, but I’m glad I’ve taken this step.
