Hey everyone! It’s Kayla. Sorry for the disappearing act. I received another critique of my rewrite from my agent, and let’s just say she was not pleased. My book has a lot of issues with pacing and the climax comes too early, so I’m in the middle of a pretty massive rewrite. It’s going to be a lot of work, but I’m looking forward to my book becoming 100x better than it is now!
On a more positive note, my husband’s children’s book has been accepted by a publisher. My agent’s agreed to look over the contract, but there is a chance one of us will have a book on the shelves soon! I really love Beau’s children’s book–it has such a great message.
