I found this tag on Leslie’s blog, Books are the New Black, and I couldn’t resist! I’m a pretty big 80’s movie buff, so I’m quite excited for this one.
A BOOK THAT KEPT YOU UP ALL NIGHT
Okay, so this one kept me up all night simply because it freaked me out! It’s all true crime, so that made it scarier than my typical thriller. For the record, it’s so much better than the Netflix show.
A WONDERFULLY QUOTABLE BOOK
Honestly, I could simply quote the lyrics and be pleased, but every part of this book is quotable. If you haven’t read it yet, you are missing out.

I can’t remember which book started the mentoring relationship, but I like it because it’s different than any other mentoring relationship I can think of.

A BOOK WITH THE CENTRAL CHARACTER’S NAME IN THE TITLE
Still think this book is over-rated, and the central character is actually pretty selfish. Unpopular opinion: if Henry’s name was in the title, I would have enjoyed this more.
A FEMALE CHARACTER WHO COMES OUT OF HER SHELL
Margot doesn’t just come out of her shell, she comes right out of her mind and kicks abuser butt!

I can’t tell you what death surprised me because it would spoil the whole book.
