Kayla’s Author Journey: #PitDark Update

Hey everyone!

First of all, I’m sorry to have missed a Saturday Book Sale post, but I’ve been a little bit busy. As you probably know, I’m a theatre director and English teacher in a high school, and this past week I made a very difficult decision that I’m not quite ready to share with the world. .

I also had five likes on my #PitDark pitches to consider, and I did end up querying 3 of them. I’m hoping to hear back soon for an update.

Starting next week, I’ll be doing and “pitch perfect” challenge to prepare for #pitmad. I’ll be updating about that as consistently as I can. If anyone here is participating, please let me know. I’d love to have a pitch-editing session with you!
