By Taylor Jenkins Reid
This is the first book I’ve read by Reid and definitely won’t be my last. I laughed, I cried, I got angry. For me when an author can make me feel so many emotions it is a great book. I loved and hated the characters. I mean really I wanted shake Mick Riva, the epitome of a narcissist, ego maniac! I loved the siblings and their relationship. Nina is a true heroine in how she handled life and took care of those that needed her the most. We should all have her devotion and integrity. As the party unwinds it gets crazier by the minute. Secrets are revealed, new family emerges, people make personal discoveries, new love is sparked and the ending seals the the fact that this Riva party was “The Party of the Century”! Why? You’ll have to read to find out:) I loved it and think you will too.
