Kayla’s WWW Wednesday: October 13, 2021

Welcome back to WWW Wednesday! This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived by Sam on Taking on a World of Words. If you want to participate, please check them out. I’d love to read your www post!

No blog? No worries, just answer the questions in the comments. We bees love hearing about new books, and we’d love to hear from you!

The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading?

So far, this is such a fun Halloween read. I haven’t made it very far, but the romance is cute and the magic is a nice touch.

Buy: The Ex Hex: A Novel

My current creepy listen is another by Lisa Unger, and I’m hoping it will live up to it’s author’s name.

Buy: The Sleep Tight Motel: Dark Corners Collection, Book 2

What did you just finished reading?

No, I have not posted the review yet, but this book is the scariest book I’ve ever read. I strongly suggest it. Know that it is heavy on the gore, so no snacking while eating.

Buy: The Southern Book Club’s Guide to Slaying Vampires: A Novel

It’s a creepy full-cast recording that you should not listen to while driving alone at night.

Buy: The Darkwater Bride: An Audible Original Drama

What do you think you’ll read next?

It’s Halloween season, so I’m going for all the creepy stories!

Buy: The Sun Down Motel

Oates is possibly my favorite author. She has a talent for shedding light on what is taboo in the best possible ways.

Buy: A Fair Maiden: A Novel

Don’t forget to post your own list in the comments!
