My Take:
This is one of seven short stories in Amazon’s Dark Corners series. As usual, Lisa Unger is a queen of suspense. Eve’s fears could be felt throughout the story, and I never knew who to trust. The friendly hotel manager seemed too good to be true, but I was not expecting the twist ending.
Overall, this is a great short read. Though it’s not my favorite of the Dark Corners series, it is in my top three.
